1. 100-Day Return & Exchange Window
- You have 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Our Policy on Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the defect. We’ll review the issue and, if approved, send you a new item at no extra cost.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product that’s different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please contact us immediately with photos of the incorrect item. We’ll send you the correct product as soon as possible.
- Size Exchanges: We’re happy to offer exchanges for size issues. However, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the original item back and confirm its condition, we’ll process and ship the new size.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Request: Contact our customer support team at support@lexuae.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to package and ship your item back to us.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
4. Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following items:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Any items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
