Every item is made to order with careful attention to detail. Please allow 1 business day for us to produce and prepare your item for shipment.

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently. We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs.

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website.

We are proud to ship throughout the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International addresses
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make a correction. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, we cannot modify the address.
- Reshipment Fee: If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipment fee will be required to have the order sent out again.
- Unclaimed Packages: We are not responsible for packages that go unclaimed. If a returned package remains unclaimed for 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the items without a refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen: Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Delayed Shipments: If your tracking information shows a delay, or if the package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please wait 48 hours. After this period, if you still haven’t received it, please contact us. We will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item(s) and contact us immediately so we can assist you.
